12 Week Train Like A Fighter Program

Boxing is approximately 80% anaerobic and 20% aerobic, which is why I include interval training along with cardio and weight training. This program combines strength, power, speed, agility and quickness all into one to ensure you're a well-balanced fighter and ready for anything. The programs overall goal is to burn body fat, build lean muscle, and change overall body composition to that of a boxer (lean, aesthetic, strong, and agile). Transformation package is customizable to target areas such as growing glutes, six pack abs, etc.

If you're not looking to become a boxer, you will still need all these things for self-defense. It can also help you become a better athlete in your sport. The program also includes 3-4 sessions per week of boxing/aquatic workouts, weekly customized meal plans, and weekly check-ins.


Aqua Boxing

$25 per class-90 minutes

Combine the benefits of water resistance with the fun and energy of cardio boxing in this Aqua Boxing class. Gain new skills as you boost your overall fitness, performing basic offensive and defensive boxing moves. Combine strength training with self-defense motions, including kick variations. Increase your endurance, agility and coordination as well as balance and core stability.

Aqua Boxing

$15 Per Class (1 Hour Sessions)

A hybrid of our Strength & Conditioning + Boxing classes, this class will sculpt, tone and build your body to its peak performance. Great for all fitness levels. Boxing Boot camp may incorporate weights, agility drills, TRX bands, shadow boxing, mitt work, and bag work. 1 hour sessions of 2-3 campers per session.

Are you in prep for a bodybuilding show and looking for a edge in conditioning/core work? Are you seriously tired of the dreaded cardio (or cardi-"no"), and looking for something new and fun? Come try one of J-Rocks custom competitor workouts and burn 600-1000 calories in a about a hour and half. Includes lots of bag work, mitt work, skipping, shadowboxing, and optional pool workouts.


Get some great and unique footage for your Instagram page! You can also rent the gym for private photo shoots (day after shows, weekends, etc.) All competitors get special discounts on tanning and makeup packages from our various beauty services partners.


Ladies Only Boxing class major focus is empowering women to be the best version of themselves, through the sport of Boxing. J-Rock specializes in restoring or enhancing that supreme confidence, and deep rooted belief in oneself. Bringing out that sexy swagger that lies within all women. The program includes Boxing, Nutrition/Meal Plans, Pole Dancing/Exotic Chair classes, and more!

Come to one of our Ladies Only Boxing classes every Saturday from 8am-2pm and Sunday from Noon-4pm! Also, don't forget our Ladies Night Boxing on Wednesday nights from 6-9pm.
