J-Rocks Boxing takes pride in being the only private boxing gym with an onsite pool for aquatic workouts. Pool (aquatic) exercise provides many benefits, including an ideal environment to exercise throughout the year. The buoyancy of the water supports a portion of your body weight making it easier to move in the water and improving your flexibility.

Take our cycling classes and pedal your way to great health. Combining energizing music with unique workouts, cycle exercise classes deliver a great fitness workout with powerful results, including cardiovascular strength, lower total cholesterol, decreased stress, and improved quality of life.
